We are hiring a Service Technician who enjoys working with tools and takes pride in resolving challenges. If you like using tools, solving mechanical problems, and helping people, this could be a great fit for you. You don’t need to be an expert — if you’re handy, curious, and willing to learn, we can train you.
You may have gained experience from trade work, technical school, hobby projects, or hands-on jobs where you fixed, built, or repaired things. You’ll be working with both hand and power tools to diagnose issues and make repairs, while providing friendly and reliable service to our customers.

Personal Suitability
This position would be best suited for a candidate who possesses technical/mechanical skills and willingness to learn new skills specific to this position. Prior experience is not necessary as training will be provided on how to use the tools and the equipment you will be repairing. If you are a friendly, professional and compassionate person you will thrive in this role by using these qualities to ensure the needs of our clients are met in a timely and caring manner.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
· Assessing and repairing a variety of mobility items such as wheelchairs or walkers
· Diagnosing and repairing issues using manual tools and powered devices
· Communicating with clients via phone to assess service needs and set up appointments
· Visiting clients at their residences or community facilities to address their service needs
· Using our software system to find client information and review their previous purchases (training will be provided)
· Utilizing a moderate amount of computer skills to check emails, and search vendors websites for part numbers
Additional Requirements
· Valid G-class driver’s license and a clean driving record
· 2 years or more driving experience
· Clean criminal background check
· Weight handling up to 50 lbs.
· Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
· Experience in repairing power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers/rollators is not necessary but will be considered an asset
What We Offer
· Steady shift – Monday to Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
· $22 - $28 Per hour, based on skills and previous experience
